Summary As a Bi-Lingual Receptionist (English and Spanish), you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking assistance, and your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for their experience. This position requires exceptional communication skills, multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced office, and a commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and sensitivity required in a human services agency.
