Creighton Model System

As a method of  NFP, the system relies upon the observation of a natural sign—the discharge of cervical mucus— which is essential to human fertility. The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is an outstanding system of monitoring gynecologic and reproductive health. Recent scientific advances have shown it to be of assistance in identifying and treating disorders, endometriosis, miscarriage and PMA. This new science is called Natural Procreative [NaPro] Technology and can be applied by trained NFP Medical Consultants.

Marquette Method

The Marquette Method uses two main indicators to determine fertility: cervical mucus observations and urinary hormone measurements. One or both signs are tracked based on user preference, and then combined with a simple protocol to determine the fertile window. The Marquette Method has optional instructions for incorporating basal body temperature (BBT), urine luteinizing hormone (LH) tests, and urine progesterone tests to help be more precise in identifying fertility. The Marquette Method is a natural, effective, and evidence-based model for achieving and avoiding pregnancy.

Remote Instruction:

While there is no live instruction for the Marquette Method available in the Diocese of Allentown at this time, many certified instructors around the country teach the Marquette Method to couples remotely. If you are interested in remote instruction, click HERE.
