Case Management Services (All Offices)
Case management services advocate on behalf of those in need and connect them to community resources, all while helping individuals and families overcome difficult circumstances. All services are provided free of charge and include: Services to Older Adults, Veterans, Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services, Disaster Relief, Housing and Utility Assistance and emergency food. Project Rachel
Project Rachel links anyone suffering abortion’s aftermath with trained professionals to support reconciliation and healing. Rachel’s Vineyard post-abortion healing retreat weekends are also offered.

Schuylkill County Food Truck Ministry
The Community Café Food Truck ministry provides meals to thousands of adults and children in underserved areas of Schuylkill County. The truck operates up to four days per week and visits locations throughout the county. Meals are delivered to elderly shut-ins with the assistance of volunteers. A rolling baby closet and food pantry is coordinated with food truck stops.
