In the five county Diocese, thousands of residents are facing hunger, unemployment, poverty, homelessness and feelings of helplessness. Catholic Charities provides a wide range of human services including case management to individuals and families in need.

Case managers are available to help individuals and families move towards greater self-sufficiency.

We offer counseling, referrals to community resources and follow-up support to help you cope with the loss of a job, a broken marriage, domestic violence, substance addiction, other family and social issues.
