Head of School, Berks Catholic High School

Berks Catholic High School Seeks Head of School starting in the 2021-2022 school year

After more than 30 years of service in Catholic Education, our current principal, Alice Einoff, has announced her retirement from Berks Catholic High School (BCHS) as of July 1, 2021.  The BCHS Board of Directors engaged a search solutions firm to facilitate the process for hiring a new Head of School for Berks Catholic. Head of School acknowledges the broader scope of responsibilities and more accurately describes the role the position plays in both the Catholic and Berks Community at large.

The firm, Partners in Mission School Leadership Search Solutions, is assisting the BCHS Board Search Committee to secure the best qualified, credentialed, forward-thinking leader, with a demonstrated focus on academic excellence, collaboration, and a strong commitment to Catholic values.  Robust leadership in the integration of faith and culture within the school, strong academics and student programs, enrollment management, development activity with alumni and the community, finances and operations is critical to insure the long-term viability of Berks Catholic High School.
