Catholic Senior Housing and Health Care Services, Inc. (CSHHCS) is a non-profit, faith-based network providing long and short-term care and living options to older adults. CSHHCS is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our campus in Bethlehem, PA.
This position is responsible for the overall financial management and stewardship of fiscal resources in support of CSHHCS’s mission and goals. The CFO will work in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors to provide a fiscal strategy for CSHHCS which supports the organization’s strategic plan and vision. The CFO will be responsible for all financial and related business functions. Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
- CPA certification and/or Master’s Degree highly desirable
- 7 years of financial management with leadership and/or supervisory experience required
- Healthcare reimbursement, long term care or non-profit financial management experience preferred.
