Administrative Support, Diocese of Allentown

The Diocese of Allentown is seeking a part-time Administrative Support person. The individual will support the accounting and support services departments and complete special projects, as needed.  Qualified candidates will be highly organized and possess good analytical, problem solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and is proficient with a calculator/adding machine. High School Degree with at least 3 years experience required.  This is a part-time position, twenty hours per week, 8:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed due to seasonality and/or special projects.
