Statement on U.S. Supreme Court Decision

Below is the statement of the Most Reverend Edward P. Cullen, D.D., Bishop of Allentown on today's U.S. Supreme Court ruling upholding the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act:
"The Diocese of
Allentown rejoices in this ruling that protects the innocent lives of
unborn children from a horrific death.
Today's ruling, as welcome as it is, protects innocent children from only
one particularly gruesome abortion procedure. I encourage all pro-life
citizens to continue their valiant efforts to gain similar protection
for all the unborn."
