The Combined Choirs of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown performed a Marian Concert Aug. 13 in tribute of the 100th anniversary of the apparitions of Our Lady of Fatima.

The apparitions began May 13, 1917, when 9-year-old Francisco and 7-year-old Jacinta Marto, along with their cousin Lucia dos Santos, reported seeing the Virgin Mary in Fatima, Portugal. They continued monthly until Oct. 13, 1917, and later were declared worthy of belief by the Catholic Church.
