In
2002, the Church stood at a decisive moment with new challenges
incomparable to any other time our Diocese had known.
Much of what the Diocese has become today was dependent
upon the decision to embark on the historic capital campaign,
STRENGTHENING OUR FUTURE IN FAITH. This effort
increased the Diocese of Allentown's ability to address
many of the diverse challenges that faced our Church and
move us to an enhanced sense of unity in Jesus Christ
and the greater Church.
As
of February 29, 2008, this historic campaign has
raised $52,300,039. The
