Elementary Education in the Diocese
The curriculum at our 38 Diocesan elementary schools aligns with state and national standards. Caring, qualified teachers staff our schools and have expectations for ongoing professional development and certification to meet the standards of the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Each school is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and demonstrates high levels of student achievement on national standardized test scores.
Secondary Education in the Diocese
The seven high schools of the Diocesan of Allentown offer a rewarding co-educational experience in safe, faith-filled and spirit-rich communities of faith. Our students receive instruction in the faith, cultivated though a variety of school activities and service projects.
Our well-rounded and rigorous curriculum prepares our students to further their education after high school. Almost 100% of our Diocesan high school students graduate and about 97% go on to attend a college or university. Our high schools are accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools and our students demonstrate a high level of achievement on national tests.
In addition to the academic offerings, our schools offer a variety of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
