Community Support

Human services to help individuals and families in need

In the five county Diocese, thousands of residents are facing hunger, unemployment, poverty, homelessness and feelings of helplessness. Catholic Charities provides a wide range of human services such as case management to individuals and families in need.

Case managers are available to help individuals and families achieve self-sufficiency and to become more independent.

Illness, the loss of a job, a broken marriage, domestic violence, substance addiction and other family and social problems can affect you. Our support offers counseling to address needs, referrals to community resources and follow-up support.
