VICTIMS' ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR In accordance with the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People adopted by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, a Victim Assistance Coordinator was appointed for the Diocese of Allentown.             The Victim Assistance Coordinator coordinates assistance for the immediate pastoral care of persons who claim to have been sexually abused when they were minors by priests or deacons.             The Victim Assistance Coordinator for the Diocese of Allentown is Mrs. Helen P. Kelleher, L.S.W. Mrs. Kelleher has her Master's degree in social work from Temple University and has been a social worker since 1968. Mrs. Kelleher will coordinate assistance for the immediate pastoral care of persons who claim to have been sexually abused when they were minors by priests or deacons. Mrs. Kelleher said, "With my appointment the Diocese continues to ensure that those who have been abused or hurt will have an advocate.
