VICTIMS' ASSISTANCE COORDINATOR In accordance with the Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People adopted by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Most Reverend Edward P. Cullen, D.D., Bishop of Allentown appointed Helen P. Kelleher, L.S.W., Secretary of Catholic Human Services and Executive Director of Catholic Charities for the Diocese of Allentown as the Diocese's Victims' Assistance Coordinator. Mrs. Kelleher has her Master's degree in social work from Temple University and has been a social worker since 1968. Mrs. Kelleher will coordinate assistance for the immediate pastoral care of persons who claim to have been sexually abused when they were minors by priests or deacons. Mrs. Kelleher said, "With my appointment the Diocese continues to ensure that those who have been abused or hurt will have an advocate.
