Home DIOCESE OF ALLENTOWN STUDENT PROGRAM VENDOR AFFIDAVITS All vendors and independent contractors of the Diocese of Allentown, its parishes, schools, administrative offices and affiliated organizations who, now or over time, may be reasonably expected to come into contact with children, must provide proof that their employees have had a criminal history check through the Pennsylvania State Police and a child abuse check through the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. Proof of this will be evidenced by their execution of an "Affidavit of Compliance Concerning Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse History Clearance."
